YEG Pro Realty
After spending an abundance of time working from home during the Pandemic, YEG Pro Realty was in need of a new office space and wanted a collaborative space that was warm and inviting for their team.
As an Alberta based company, YEG Pro wanted a space that reflected the region. A natural palette of wood and soft blue-greens were chosen to reflect both Edmonton's cold climate and park-like treed canopies in the summer. Large black and white aerial photographs of Edmonton throughout the seasons were hung in the offices, and Boardrooms are named after various North Saskatchewan bridges to instill a sense of place.
Architecturally, by adding a wood finishes, wood flooring and operable glazed partitions to the offices, the space became warmer and lighter. Breakout spaces were added to ensure the team had options to work individually, in touchdown spaces, or book boardrooms for collaboration.
